IAARHIES The Society for Academic Research (Regd.) is pleased to announce call for papers for its 425th International Conference ICAAM - 2024 being organized in Vancouver, Canada on 21-22 November, 2024.

Academicians and researchers are invited to submit full-length papers, research-in-progress papers, case studies, doctoral dissertation, or abstracts to 425th IAARHIES International Conference on Advanced Administrative Management – ICAAM - 2024 which will be held in Vancouver, Canada on 21-22 November, 2024. The call for Papers and Posters will be open till 10 November, 2024. 

In large scale business build ups or establishments, An Administrators, Executives, Managers are responsible for providing financial services, budget preparation, procurement, travel arrangements, property control, and general administration. They offer services, advice and guidance to the programs, sections and offices within the Institute as endeavor to ensure sound and efficient financial management of resources and funds, in accordance with institutional financial rules and regulations, established policies and procedures, and specified requirements.

ICAAM – 2024 has therefore been designed to help the administration staff in the institution to build and project confidence, keep conversations focused and productive, exhibit knowledge and credibility and exert influence in everyday interactions. Participants will be able to create a powerful alliance with superiors and enhance a professional profile within the organization.

Discussions will also examine the essential relationship-building skills will help in the development of workable strategies and establish one's authority and get ideas noticed. Another focus will be the impartation of skills that are needed to make a difference and grow in one's career and in the organization. To excel in this rapidly changing work environment, one needs more skills than ever before – like understanding the organization's business, managing change, communicating strategically, leading, working in teams and juggling new assignments with current responsibilities.

 The primary goal of the conference is to provide opportunities for academicians and scientists along-with professionals, policy makers and Practitioners from various fields in a global realm to present their research contributions and views, on one forum and interact with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines.

Venue of the Event & Tentative Schedule:

The Conference will be held in Versante Hotel, 8499 Bridgeport Road, Richmond BC, V6X 1R7 Canada on 21-22 November, 2024. The conference sessions will be organised from 10.00 am (local time) to 5.00 pm on the proposed days. The detailed schedule of the presentations would be mailed to the registered delegates 10 days prior to the Conference dates.
