Payment Policy
Registration fees must be paid within the deadline mentioned in your acceptance email. Payment confirmation will be shared after successful processing.
Presentation Rules
Presenters should prepare clear presentation slides and remain available during their allotted session. Presentation timings should be strictly followed.
Visa & Travel
International delegates are advised to apply for visas well in advance. IAARHIES can provide invitation letters and supporting documents after registration.
Certificates & Publications
Participation certificates and publication-related documents will be shared after the conference, subject to successful participation and compliance.
Attendance Policy
