Refund Policy
IAARHIES aims to maintain transparency and fairness in all conference registration, payment, and refund-related matters.
Conference Registration Refunds
- Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
- Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional cases.
- Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges.
Conference Cancellation
- If IAARHIES cancels a conference, participants may receive a full refund or transfer option.
- If a conference is postponed, registrations may remain valid for the new dates.
Duplicate Payments
Duplicate or accidental payments will be reviewed and refunded after verification.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 working days depending on payment method and bank timelines.
